Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Codergarten, our mission is to make high-quality STEAM education Simply, Possible. To give every child the attention they deserve, we intentionally keep our class sizes small (maximum 12 students). This means every seat matters.
We also know that life happens—kids get sick, and schedules change. We've designed this policy to be as fair and straightforward as possible for everyone.
1. Cancelling Before a Course Starts
If you need to withdraw your child from a term course or holiday program, our policy depends on how much notice you can give us:
- 7 or more days' notice: We will happily provide a full refund or a credit for a future program. This gives us enough time to offer the spot to another eager learner.
- Less than 7 days' notice: We will provide a full credit that you can apply to any future Codergarten course, holiday program, or event.
2. Missing a Single Session (Term Courses)
We know kids get the sniffles or have unexpected clashes. Because our term courses are progressive and seats are limited, we cannot offer refunds for individual missed sessions.
Our "No One Falls Behind" Promise: We make sure your child stays on track! If they miss a session, we will provide digital catch-up materials, session notes, and any necessary guidance so they are fully prepared for the following week. Just let us know they won't be attending.
3. If Codergarten Cancels a Session
We rarely cancel sessions, but occasionally instructor illness or venue issues make it unavoidable. If we must cancel a session:
- We will notify you immediately via SMS and email.
- We will either schedule a make-up session at the end of the term, or provide a pro-rata credit/refund for that specific session.
4. Extenuating Circumstances
We are part of the community and we want to support our families. If your child is facing a prolonged illness or there is a serious family emergency that prevents them from completing the term, please reach out to us at [Enable JS to see email] . We will work with you to find a fair solution, such as a pro-rata credit for the remaining sessions.
