EV Fleet Manager
(Ozobots)
Take the Ozobots EVO and prototype a fleet of moving robots. Effectively do the last mile delivery.
THE CHALLENGE
EV Fleet Manager (Ozobots) introduces students to the fundamentals of these educational robots through a real-world challenge — how does a fleet of trucks deliver goods across a city.
Throughout the course, children will explore what Ozobots can do, how they can program the Ozobots. They will design and prototype how the Ozobots navigate a city (on a realistic map) here for a local fleet manager. How they manage, what challenges they face in the business of logistics.
Students will learn key concepts of sensor logic, variables, inputs and outputs, and conditional programming through hands-on creation. They will also develop creativity, problem-solving, empathy, and iterative thinking as they design for real users in a real setting.
By the end of the course, students will have built a functional fleet of Ozobots which buzz on a city map.
